[Slackdocs] Package management section

[Nocturnal Slacker]

I would suggest that you also include something pertinent about 
Slackware's actual native package management tools - pkgtools and 
slackpkg. It just seems to me that this should be included in any 
informational article about Slackware package management.

Just thinking out loud...
