[Slackdocs] Tracking Translations

All,
Although I am not a multilingual user, I would like to make sure that all
pages for all languages are synchronized. Is there a method in place to
maintain revision tracking between the various languages or will we need to
develop a solution to reduce the efforts of the various translators?
