I have added a preliminary article at
http://docs.slackware.com/slackware:localization - feel free to comment
on it in the Discussion tab.
ANyone who wants to edit that page must also commit to writing a
translated version :-)

Shall I add you Bojan, as well as Markus to the Access Control List for
this page? Then you can edit whatever is needed. My text is an example
only, feel free to change it if you think that fits better with your ideas.
