Just one remark:

Virtualization could be split along virtualization technologies (for instance : Xen/KVM/Virtual Box/LXC…).

But it should also be split along operating system. Running a virtualized Slackware machine under
Windows can be as interesting as running a virtual Windows 7 under Slackware.

Just my 0.02 cents - make of that what you will.
