[Slackdocs] How-to internationalize Shell scripts

Hello all,

I am internationalizing Slackware 14's installer. This include internationalizing a bunch of shell scripts (mainly those in /usr/lib/setup).

Before I release what I have done I would like to publish some documentation, beginning with a "how-to localize shell scripts".

I need guidance on which namespace to put it in: slackware, howtos, other?
