[Slackdocs] a couple of pointers before I begin tutorial page creation

Hey I'm a bit miffed here wrt creating a new HowTo / Tutorial page. I've
got a few that I would like to bring over but before that I thought I'd
post here for some clarification in getting past this initial hump...

And when I go to edit the page to create a link for a new page that I'll
create, the only thing I see is:

I expected to see the links to the pages, where I could create another
link, then go to that link and then "create this page", where I could
fold in my HowTo Articles.

What am I missing? What page do I go to where I create the link to the
HowTo pages that I'll be creating?
