I don't know who finally did some heavy editing of my NTP-HOWTO, but I
have two considerations here.
1) If you add more than one paragraph, add yourself to the contributors.
Or at least, use the "talk" page to announce you just added a whole
section.
2) I think the new section needs some proofreading.
