[Slackdocs] slackware install nl dutch translation

The usual way is just to translate the English page. Any modification
suggestions are put into the discussion tab of the original English page.

In regards to your screen shots, I think you could use less during the
installation menus. For example, you use many screenshots to show how to
install Slackware from a CD/DVD drive. If you do that then you'd have to
include just as menu screenshots for the other installation options:
network install, HTTP server, samba share, etc. I believe this is why only
the 'main menu' of each configuration option is shown.
