[Slackdocs] newbie questions

Hi all,

Green dokuwiki user and slackdocs contributor seeks advice :-)

Just finished adding a short howto on asciidoc and have a couple of
questions:

- Is there a typographic conventions page I didn't find?
- If not, how do you escape characters reserved by dokuwiki?
  Specifically, in writing 

  **''$ [[ -d $HOME/.vim/syntax ]] || mkdir -p $HOME/.vim/syntax''**

  how do you escape [[ and ]]?
