Eric, is there any reason you can't run the server on UTC? It would make
much more since, I would think, due to the International membership we
have here at docs.slackware.com. Time stamps are time stamps are time
stamps, as long as we pick a consistent standard. Local time or Daylight
Savings Time is no standard at all.
