[Slackdocs] Wrong characters in slack-descs

Hi admins and list,

There are erroneous characters in:
http://packages.slackonly.com/pub/packages/current-x86_64/PACKAGES.TXT

I found some because they make this command spit errors:
iconv -f UTF-8 -t ASCII PACKAGES.TXT

They are many so I suggest to run that command in the whole repo.

Obviously they are in the description coming from the slack-descs.

These error prevents to display the description in the packages tools.

They are obvious when the file is displayed in geany.

My findings are for Slackware-current, maybe 14.1 could be scanned as well.
