You just type a url like http://docs.slackware.com/howtos:my_new_howto
, click "create this page" and see what happens.
First read http://docs.slackware.com/howtos:start - it explains how
your new HOWTO can show up in one of the subsections (ideas for yet
more new sections are welcome).
